At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the registration formalities, including payment of the registration fee, for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

Publication of accepted papers
Publication of the accepted papers in the conference proceedings is subject to the following.
- Completion of registration formalities within the due date
- Submission of a camera ready manuscript that follows the reviewers comments and the format of the Springer book series Algorithms for Intelligent Systems, in LaTeX or Word along with a PDF version
- Submission of the duly filled registration form, payment proof and the author agreement form through the conference email
- Uploading the camera ready manuscript PDF in EasyChair
Registration documents
Please email the following documents to the conference desk in a single zip file before the deadline.
- Scanned copy of the payment proof
- Filled in and signed author agreement form, as per the Springer proceedings template
- Filled in and signed registration form
- Camera ready paper in Word or LaTeX as well as PDF format
All presented papers will be submitted to Springer for final acceptance and publication. The decision of Springer is final. If Springer disagrees to publish any paper that was presented and uploaded, there will be no refund of the registration fee.
Author affiliations and payment
All chapter authors should include their affiliation and email address in the manuscript. The email addresses are used by Springer to provide authors with a personal account where they can download a free copy of the eBook.
